Basil Chèvre Spread/Pasta Sauce
8 oz. fresh goat cheese
¼ cup GARLIC OLIVE OIL*
1 cup fresh basil, washed, dried
1 tsp TRADITIONAL WHITE BALSAMIC*
1 tsp HIMALAYAN PINK SALT*
Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor/blender, process until creamy and smooth in consistency.
Serve with bread, crackers, pita, vegetables, or as a lovely sauce for pasta or pasta salad. Store tightly sealed in the refrigerator for up to three days. Delicious with many other flavors of olive oil and balsamic!
