Cinnamon-Butter Roasted Pecans
2 cups Pecan halves
3-4 Tbsp BUTTER OLIVE OIL*
¼ cup CINNAMON PEAR BALSAMIC
1 tsp HIMALAYAN PINK SALT** (more as desired)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl, toss the pecans, olive oil and balsamic together to coat. Add salt and toss again. Let sit about 10-15 minutes. Spread the pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until fragrant and slightly darkened in color, about 15 minutes, tossing half way through. Let cool on baking sheet.
Delicious for salads, desserts, vegetable dishes or just by themselves!
