Alaskan Flavor Bomb Dressing
This was invented at a remote Alaskan campsite
(yeahhh, we travel with olive oil, haha) and everyone went crazy for it. So easy and SO good!
Also works as a marinade for seafood, chicken, pork or vegetables. Everything but the mustard is available at The Vintage Olive!
¼ cup Tuscan Herb Olive Oil*
¼ cup Blood Orange or Navel Orange Olive Oil*
¼ cup Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar*
(add a little more for extra sweetness/sharpness)
1 tbsp Bread Dip Seasoning Blend*
1 tbsp good quality mustard
Mix vinegar, mustard and seasoning together, then very slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking briskly… or is it briskly whisking? Your choice. Alternately, use a food processor or simply combine all ingredients in a jar, secure lid and shake well.
Stir or shake to recombine as needed. Stores in refrigerator for about 2 weeks. Enjoy!
