Green Chili Cheese Grits
½ cup grits
5 oz. Smoked Gouda cheese, grated (appx. a heaping 1/2 cup)
1 tsp ITALIAN HERBAL SEA SALT*
3 Tbsp GARLIC OLIVE OIL* (also try Tuscan Herb, Butter or Chipotle)
3 Tbsp chopped Serrano Chilis
2½ cups water
Add the grits and salt to boiling water and cook recommended time. Add the Garlic olive oil, Serrano Chilis and Gouda cheese and stir until cheese is melted in. Optional: top with a little Paprika. Serve hot.
