Roasted Vidalia Onions
INGREDIENTS:
Vidalia Onions
Olive Oil* Use your favorite! See notes below.
Balsamic Vinegar* Use your favorite! See notes below.
Herbal Sea Salt* or other Seasoning Blend*
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 450°F. Slice onions into THICK slices. On a greased or foil-lined baking sheet, coat onion slices in oil and season with salt/seasoning. Bake (turning halfway through) until soft and lightly caramelized, 15-20 minutes.
Remove onion from roasting pan. Drizzle balsamic over the remaining oil and juices in the pan. Stir balsamic and juices together. Pour the mixture over baked onions.
